Richard Cribb - Commercial Director
Responsible for monitoring and controlling the commercial sponsorship of the project. Richard's business experience as a Commercial Manager is invaluable for obtaining the right level of sponsorship and to ensure the project is financially supported end to end. Recently Richard has started his own IT Consultancy / Offshoring business and has close links to an initiative that the supports the education of under-privileged children in India. For relaxation Richard is a keen traveller, enjoys cooking and is a supporter of Leicester Tigers RFC.
Richard Carman – Web Technologist
Responsible for the website and supporting technologies that will enable James to keep in touch with friends, family and followers across the globe throughout his training and the duration of the challenge. Richard is the MD of web technology company Pure Innovation (www.pureinnovation.com) who style themselves as ‘A Bunch of Geeks who Like a Challenge!’ When not immersed in all things digital, he enjoys hacking around the countryside on his mountain bike.
Mike Rawlins - Coach
Responsible for supporting James in the development of Pushing Limits as a concept and an enterprise. Mike is a practicing business coach and independent consultant with over thirty years experience in industry. Mike is passionate about using his skills and experience to help others develop and make the most of their opportunities. In his spare time he plays the guitar badly and deals with the challenges and disappointments associated with supporting West Ham Utd.
Tim Juby – Producer/Director
Responsible for producing the Pushing Limits documentary, online moving image and app development that will help tell James’s story to engage and connect with his followers throughout the project. Tim is an experienced producer and director working across moving image, live events and digital media, who runs Ubiquity Communications, a creative communication business, and Mothership, a creative design and development agency. Tim is equally at home on a motorbike, mountain bike or trail running.
Tom MacDonald – Production and Development
Working with Tim on the production side of the documentary and has been responsible for early stages of the documentary development back in August 2011. Tom has been working at Pinewood studios over the past few years in production on various feature films and documentaries. Tom is incredibly passionate about his music and in his spare time writes his own blog; attending and reviewing gigs whilst also training in music production and sound engineering.
